We respect your privacy, and any information that you provide to us is subject to this Privacy Policy, which governs our collection and use of your information. Information We Collect

 In general, you can visit this Site without identifying who you are or revealing any information about yourself.  You will be able to make purchases of products and services through this Site. When you make a purchase, we ask for information such as your name, billing and shipping address, email address and payment method information in order to complete your requested transaction, e.g., to process your purchase, confirm your order, and ship the items to you. 

If you elect to join our email list and/or our SMS program or you elect to receive our newsletter, we will ask for your contact information such as your phone number and email address. 

If you elect to create an account with us, we will ask you to select a username and password, which may then be used to access your account online at any time to delete, add, or change information.  If you create that account, you may also include your contact information, payment method information, and shipping and billing address. You agree to allow us to store that information until such time you elect to change or delete it.  If you ever use a public computer to access your online account, we strongly encourage you to log out of your account at the conclusion of your session.

When you contact us, complete forms via our Site, or respond to surveys, questionnaires or applications we make available, or if you email us, you are voluntarily releasing information to us.

Use of Your Information

We use the information we collect to complete transactions requested by you, to respond to your inquiries, to provide you with customer support, to collect amounts owed, to resolve disputes, to troubleshoot problems with your account, and to operate and improve operation of the Site.  We may also use the information to provide you with certain communications, such as service announcements and administrative messages. We also use information we collect about Site visitors to help us operate the Site, and for our own marketing purposes. If you have elected to provide us with your contact information, we may contact you regarding your orders and your account, regarding your customer service requests, and to provide announcements regarding the Site (such as updates to these Terms). These types of communications are necessary to complete transactions requested by you. If you have elected to sign up for our email list, SMS program, and/or newsletter, we may use your contact information to communicate with you about our products, services, and promotions. 

We use Google Analytics and associated tools on the Site to track visitor statistics, to help analyze how the Site is used, and to help us show you advertisements that are relevant to you. Through these tools, we collect information including but not limited to the collection of device-specific information, log information, location information, cookie-related information, and visitor behavior information. Sharing Your Information

We do not, and will not, sell any of your Personal Information to any third party. However, we do share your Personal Information with third parties who help us complete transactions that you request, for example:

• Shopify provides us with the online e-commerce platform that hosts our website and allows us to sell our products to you. Your Personal Information will be processed and stored on the Shopify platform, in accordance with its privacy policy at https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy. We may use apps and services made available through Shopify to improve your shopping experience, and you can read the privacy policy related to those apps and services at https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy/app-users   
• After you place an order on our Site, you will need to pay for the products you have ordered. We use third party payment processor Shopify Payments, which collects, uses, and processes your Personal Information, including payment information, in accordance with Shopify’s privacy policies. Shopify Payments uses Stripe to process payments, and you can access Stripe’s privacy policy via the following link: https://stripe.com/privacy. Your Personal Information will also be shared with the payment service providers you elect to use to pay for products (such as your credit card providers, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal), and with third party companies used to deliver products you purchase from us (such as UPS, USPS, Pirate Ship, Shippo, FedEx, etc.). Third party providers may have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for the services they provide in order to complete your transaction. For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your Personal Information will be handled by those providers. We do not control the collection or use of your information by these third party companies, and our Privacy Policy does not extend to external websites or companies.

• We may engage trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to us, such as third-party providers of cloud storage, customer relationship management systems, email providers, and others who need your information to provide services to us (or to provide services on our behalf). These service providers will have access to your Personal Information only to perform their tasks on our behalf and for no other purpose. We may share information we collect with those third parties to the extent necessary to perform these functions and provide these services, consistent with the protections in this Privacy Policy.
• We may further share your Personal Information with third parties who use it for their own purposes if you provide consent.

Subject to applicable law, and as we deem appropriate, we may also share or disclose your Anonymous Information, public information, and aggregated information that is not reasonably linkable to you or your device with third parties.

We reserve the right to use all information we collect to enforce these Terms. We may be legally required to disclose or share your Personal Information without your consent in some circumstances, for example, to comply with a court order or law enforcement. We may also disclose or share your Personal Information when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or property, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate or address fraud, security, or technical issues, or respond to a government agency, law enforcement, judicial or public authority, or other legal request, or to comply with the law. If our websites or software are acquired or merged with another company, or if we are part of a merger, asset sale, financing, liquidation, or bankruptcy, your Personal Information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to provide services to you. Handling of Your Personal Information

Your information, including Personal Information, is processed at our operating offices in Michigan, U.S.A., and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. This means that this information may be transferred to, and maintained on, computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction, and the data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. Your submission of Personal Information represents your agreement to that transfer.

Information Security

For users that create an account, we store Personal Information they provide in their user profile, and they can see, edit, or delete that Personal Information at any time.  We will retain your Personal Information for a reasonable length of time, and without limiting that time period, to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our Terms and our policies.  We will also retain Anonymous Information for internal analysis purposes.

We reserve the right to revise this Privacy Policy at any time. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to the Policy will take effect immediately upon their posting to this Website. Your continued use of the Site after we post changes to the Privacy Policy will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified policy.
